Just received a call from this number which said I had a text message but the message was garbled. Phoned our friend who was in a London hospital thinking it was him and he had sent by accident a text message to our landline which resulted in this call. It must be the message service operated by BT but doesn t appear to work very well.

Fraud: This was a text received stating someone was trying to change recipient details on an HSBC account and they wanted me to confirm details and authenticity. I answered the first time & told them they were chasing a debt that no longer collectable and that they should not call again - either to my land line or mobile. Since then (5th Oct 2014), they have called more times than I can count.
