When I picked up the phone I was told I was being called as I had had an accident. It wouldn't have been me anyway as I had answered my wife's mobile phone !! I asked who the company who the company was... I had an answer mumbled back at me... Then asked whether I would like to discuss the accident - I asked who had asked that the company call me.... and the caller hung up ! Technique - asked them a question, every time they ask you one !!

A male rang with suspicious questions today (26/6/15). He would not identify himself or his company properly when asked; I think he quickly said '{RTL Ltd}' but would not repeat the company name or identify what his company did. He quickly put the phone down on me when I started to sound concerned as to his motives for calling me.
