this company just rang and rang and rang, even when i asked them why they were calling me 4-5 times each day the caller just laughed and hung up - i just blocked the number after a few days had enough of the rude callers.

SCAM / SPAM the caller said they were from BT and had found a download fault with my computer and asked for remote access. He said his name was Adam but sounded like he was from a distant foreign country. When I accused him of running a scam he hung up. How rude :-)

When questioned how he had seen my details and what details and where he was based he said it was citizens advice in Manchester . I live in Somerset , I said goodbye and hung up. SCAM Purporting to be from our internet provider, saying they have attempted to contact us several times without success. They ask you to press 1 to speak with a manager! Do not press 1, total scam & the line will stay engaged if you hang up until the automation has gone fully through its spiel.

SCAM Text Message supposedly from HSBC (who are not my bank) saying there was a new payee request set up from an unrecognised device with a link to Authorise or Cancel the request. Very quickly blocked and deleted, but as others have said, don't click the link, clearly a scam.
