Prank calls by robocall. This "guy" accused me that I was using his WIFI because I have a history with his wife. He said my name so I think you can customize the call with an app.

I blocked the number but they somehow manage to leave answer machine messages where they just hang up. This has happened every day for a week, since I blocked the number.

The scheme that it refers to is " It will be the LA’s responsibility to make sure the criteria chosen allow them to identify eligible households.
