Background noise of call centre, caller was having conversation with someone at the other end using the f*** word. Absolutely not what I want and it's time after time. I have barred the number now.
Keeps calling our number not leaving a message - makes sense as Dunraven as only started after we contacted another company re windows/doors. As sales technique counterproductive - put us right off them as amounts to harrassment if they don t identify who they are.

Buy a BT phone with call guardian. Best move I ever made. They just hang up on being told to announce their name/business and I don't have phone ringing with nuisance calls when I am in the middle of something!!!!
