He is located in the UK but lists his location as Ralphs Ranch, San Francisco, California. He calls himself the Master of the Game - in stealing your money as a professional trader in financial services. I have the TruCaller App (Free version) it notifies you of scams, etc before you answer. I will be using this on my new phone, it s a great little App and instantly told me this was a PPI scam. I recommend this App to anyone, and I blocked this number straight away. All numbers TruCaller checks against a huge database of Blaclisted phone numbers.
