They put me through to a technician and they started getting a bit angry with me as I could not understand what they were saying because of their accent. The caller said that they were from the National Grid and needed to change my meter. Apparently it is malfunctioning. This is a prelude to trying to get my bank details I thin; I didn't hold on for long enough to find out.
