been called at least once a day for past 2 weeks..never leave message..so cant be important..it is irritating tho..
I got a call from them querying a legitimate transaction. They are genuine, however they annoyed me greatly by taking an age to load my account and kept me on hold for longer than I liked whilst they looked into it. For a fraud department I would have liked them to have been way quicker.
