Called about a motorcycle accident only 6 days ago (about which I'd only spoken to insurance company) - their info was several days old and when I asked who they were and why they were contacting me they asked why I was being rude and then hung up! - all the signs of a dodgy '3rd party claims vulture' if you ask me!!
Clearly a SCAMMER who hung up as soon as I answered with "Hello, who are you?" Now BLOCKED. Seems like a small place, [perhaps the ScotPlods would care to check it out.

The above number texted me today claiming they are Amazon and that there had been an attempt from IP address:42.344.91.27 to login my account.
SPAM: I don't know anyone in OMAGH, N. Ireland. When I answered there seemed to be no one there, then a male voice said 'Hello?' - so I said 'Petunias?' and he put the phone down on me. (I never say 'Hello' or 'Yes' but say a word like 'Petunias' to confuse the caller. It seems to work!)

I was called by this number at 08:18 this morning by someone claiming to be "Amazon Prime" (recorded message) and invited to be transferred to cancel a subscription ('press 1'). The person then asked for my details and, when questioned, told me that it is not possible to contact Amazon directly or my bank over this. The conversation stank so I discontinued the call.

When told I work full time, received a copy and pasted answer about it being home-based which can be done at my convenience. Definitely not trustworthy.. Received another call from someone who said they hold a 20stake in the Fraud team and started getting very angry when I started to challenge him he wanted me to change my pin number. Fealt very threatened with the conversation.
