SCAMMERS: Really annoying, keep blocking but they use a different variant of number to keep going on. I presume an AI call system which connects to human operator (not great english speaker though) to harrass one if one answers. I know where i would like to stick their telephone and AI call system!

Claimed to be from Invest Scotland and then stated that according to their records I had had cavity wall/loft insulation carried out in the last few years and also had windows that were more than 10 years old. Asked how he had got the information and he said from the national builders register.
