This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Seems to be some general call centre with range of numbers, I have found more numbers from the same range reported by another people on different similar pages, so I assume this should be the same call centre. Mostly reported as accident chasers - insurance marketing. I would recommend to block the whole 1513759xxx range... Does someone have more info for these numbers?
