The fact that this number is not listed anywhere and we do not use it ourselves would tend to indicate it is a spam or pfishing call.

recorded message saying my card had been used today for suspicious payments of £300 and £1350 today. Then asked me to press 1to cancel payments and a couple of other options. I terminated the call. Obviously a fraud/scam as no indication of which card was involved.
