Nuisance call - unsolicited call - Payment Protection Insurance calling and annoying constantly. They don´t stop phoning. Negatively rated number by community users.

I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. On the other hand I am not the only one searching for this number as can be seen from different pages... Does anyone know who might be calling?

some company stating my electric is due for renewal and they have my renewal price as I should have received it by now. spoke to my electric company in regards to this call. they had no record of call been made. it was to early to send a renewal out plus the end of contract date was incorrect. my energy company believes it's some company fishing for information

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case this range of numbers 017936290xx is mostly reported in connection with Accident claims company, insurance marketing, block it. I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers

When I picked up the phone I was told I was being called as I had had an accident. It wouldn't have been me anyway as I had answered my wife's mobile phone !! I asked who the company who the company was... I had an answer mumbled back at me... Then asked whether I would like to discuss the accident - I asked who had asked that the company call me.... and the caller hung up ! Technique - asked them a question, every time they ask you one !!

SCAM / SPAM Numerous calls from this number. Either Telemarketing or Scam trying to get access to property and/or information. Reporting to as many official bodies as possible in attempt to get them prosecuted. My number is registered with TPS so the calls are illegal.

They have phoned several times, the last 2 being 2 people having a conversation between themselves, then the caller hung up. Last week I said to delete my number from records & the cocky sod said "why?" ????????????
