This number belongs to LV car insurance. I have just been involved in a car accident an LV are my insurers, this is the number I have been told to ring in order to make a claim.
Despite sounding like a nice women and pausing at the right moments and responding to the answers you give, it is clearly automated! Pauses too long, not natural. When I asked if the caller was automated she said 'no' and then simply said 'no' to everything else I then said! I hung up. I suggest to ask for the name and of the company and the caller representative immediately and not proceed further with the call if this cannot be given!
