SCAM Call on 4th April 21, very heavy Indian accent with a songbird in the background! Doubted it would be genuine because of the standard of english so cut him off. However he did have my first & last name and referred to me having requested VOIP which I had done previously but I had already been told definitively that VOIP was not available here. I just had contact with (real) BT who checked my records and no contact had been attempted on that date.

Someone asking me if I had a car accident so I said I don't have a car and they repeated their question again so I shouted into the phone I don't have a car yet they still repeated their question!!
