'Carphone Warehouse' I've had previous ones from 'carphone warehouse' and asked them to take me off their call list.' I opened by saying this. The man replied 'no no no I can't do that.' I asked again to take me off their call list, to which he became extremely aggressive and threatening. He said that he would call me every single day from now on.

I now yell abuse down the phone as soon as I answer rather than Block the number....If nothing is done about companies passing on your details illegally (as I always, always tick/untick all relevent boxes) by the government then do to them what they do to you - they ll soon get bored/realise it isn t cost effective!!

Despite sounding like a nice women and pausing at the right moments and responding to the answers you give, it is clearly automated! Pauses too long, not natural. When I asked if the caller was automated she said 'no' and then simply said 'no' to everything else I then said! I hung up. I suggest to ask for the name and of the company and the caller representative immediately and not proceed further with the call if this cannot be given!
