Telemarketing. I think it was marketing but Matthew said he was from the Energy conservancy council. He talked about our loft insulation causing damp problems and he wanted to come and do a survey. He asked all sorts of questions about the loft, and home ownership.He said they were based in Oxfordshire. When I asked why it was a Canterbury number he waffled. I am not quite sure whether it was a scam or not but the number has rung before with no-one on the other end!

Was told call was regarding heating and did I have a gas boiler. When asked who was calling was told call was from Dundee! They disconnected the call immediately when told it was a council property. Obviously an unwanted sales call.
