Received automated call saying that I have court order for not paying penalty, press 1 to speak to an advisor. It must be a scam.

I guy said he was calling from Vodafone and had a great deal for me as a Ltd company and he just had a few questions to ask. I have the right to remain silent (or so I believe) so I said nothing whilst I googled the number and found these reviews. When I went back on the line he'd gone. Oh well.

Has called me three times today, Indian sounding man said he was from TPS, I said I wasn’t me, but he carried on and then asked about date of expiry on my debit card, I said I didn’t have the cards with me and he hung up !!!

This number called me twice on 2nd December - stating "THIS IS BT RINGING" telling me there is a fault with my Internet and asking me to do - this, that, etc etc.I said I'd ring him back which I did --- I tried and it's unavailable.
