Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 08437240xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?

This is obviously an attempt to get you to confirm personal details (I do not have an annual Prime account to begin with).

Some guy called asking to speak to the person about the electricity contract. I asked if it was a cold call, and he said "No, I need to speak to you about the registration of the electricity account". I asked him to confirm to me which company we are with before I would speak to him - i.e. to identify himself - he said bear with me, put me on hold... I hung up. Probably Scam.
