SCAM call received from this number today. Asked for me by name, having called on my ex-directory TPS registered landline number. Said he was Jamie from Pension Redress. As I haven’t asked for any contact from anyone, I hung up.

Call from 02034589975 the call is originating in an Indian call centre and the caller asks for name, DOB and address before telling me they've located my Vodafone account (which doesn't exist and my details were entirely fictional). The call is a scam designed to illicit bank details for a new phone contract. I would urge everyone to block this number and not give them any info at all.

I don't know think its safe I got a virus in my phone for a while and aI thought my Fb might be hacked ! I just went into my settings no where my WhatsApp was ,my own number was there . But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I thought I deleted FB and re installed and no we I installed the installed the latest soft ware Amazon is not recognizing me .I have to re log in everywhere . It's a right pain. SCAM This number came up as 00 44 1461 280025 which is Gretna in Scotland. I live in the UK so should have come up as 01461 280025. Answered called to an Asian man telling me that he hadn't called me as he was busy with his sister's wedding [apt Gretna Green] Rang the number myself and it was for Housing Disrepair Team. May be legitimate but with what I heard on the phone and the number showing as 00 44 I hung up and blocked the number. Be careful.
