Lady called stating she was BT, my reply was BT do not call on a std landline number, it will always be 0800 800152.The local business that call are infact a franchise with their own LTD co details, the girl although pleasant, was adamant she was BT, quote

This call was made from an extremely noisy office, where the background noise was so loud that I had real trouble hearing the person on the line. They offered to call back - and did so, but about an hour later. They said they were calling from my phone company about an upgrade, but when I asked them to confirm which phone company, the caller got very annoyed (raised voice) and defensive - and most importantly, couldn't tell me which phone provider asked them to call.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 15137528xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI / Back on track loans / accident chasers from Liverpool. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
