SCAM This is a scam operation. An older lady calls to tell you that they have confirmed advertising space in local hospital/ school publication. These publications don't exist. They invoice and use factoring companies. We were stung for around £250 previously. Not heard from them in a couple of years so they've obviously started up again. Just hang up.
Tax fraud nonsense delivered by a voice bot. Press 1 to avoid legal proceedings etc. TOTAL SCAM. AVOID.

This number came through as an incoming call 2 times whilst I was already on a work call, Monday 27th March 2023. No voicemail was left. I tried calling it back and an automated message played with the first word barely audible, I’m pretty sure it says “[inaudible word] circuits are busy now”

I have received 3 text messages from a number claiming to be BTBusiness asking me to call them back at this number or text STOP to 60251. As I don't have an account with BT at all, I've ignored them but 3 messages in 3 days is a bit annoying.
SCAM Man said he's from Currys to upgrade my plan . I gave him really hard time as he deserved it. I asked him what was mu current plan he didn'tkno . I asked him how he offers me upgrade without knowing my current plan or even name. He couldn't answer what happened at school and why he couldn't find a better job rather than scamming people. He got rude and frustrated because I asked to speak with supervisor, manager, anyone above him CEO even for every question I got "I am the. ... " hahah the

SCAM They said I won 50k and tried to persuade me to give them one time password that they sent to my number. But that text had a warning not to share the password with anyone, not even a member of a staff. So I simply hung up.
Fraud On Caller Display, this number looked like a London exchange. On answering, I got a recorded message saying it was something to do with bank security, followed by a message that was intended to frighten. I hung up, and have blocked the number. Others receiving calls like this might be taken in. What can be done to stop them?

01133390046 called 7July 23 at14:04 hrs. Caller asked for me by name, wanting to discuss my home appliances. Declined the invitation because of previous calls on the same topic.
Call center, SCAM. Claimed to be calling on behalf of mobile phone provider but didn't know who owned the phone and wanted name and address. Wouldn't give his name when challenged. Loud call centre. Strong Indian accent. Called mid Sunday afternoon.
Went to voicemail, no message left. Who calls me site indicated 129 previous searches on this number yet no comments.
Called at 12.30 pm 7.3.22. This number supposedly from Manchester area is unknowm to me. Unable to get to the phone and left no message on ansaphone.

Wanted to talk about my life insurance policy but said it was an "AIG policy" which it isn't. When questioned on this he repeated the same thing once and then stealthily changed it to say he was working with my provider and AIG. Double checked and the two companies don't appear related. He then started on the spiel where he called it a personal policy which it isn't. Let him continue to waste his time and then told him the truth when he asked at which point he hung up on me. Total scam BS.

Full handset displayed number 000918045705737. Claimed my debit card had been hacked and debited £600. Provided options 1 or 2 to pursue further. I rang off and checked bank account. No sign of transaction. Scam till proved otherwise.

SCAM. Said they from BT and that my broadband was not working. I know it was as I was online and told them, also mentioned that I thought the call was some sort of scam. Got told that my mindset needed sorting. Redialled the number and it’s not in service.

Everyone should beware that there are many fake Crypto mining/clouding platform out there, I have been a victim of this circumstance but now a very good blockchain consultant and I know much better in this field. Their whole plan was so smooth i could not doubt it. Bitcoin is actually a great investment option but one thing I discovered over time is that it is not that possible to mine bitcoin so don’t be deceived by the ones who claim that they’d mine Cryptocurrency as that will be a setup trap for you. Called regarding our website domain, called himself Luke from PDM. Asked to speak to whoever set up the domain, told him that it was set up a long time ago and I wasn't sure but that I could help. He ignored that and asked to speak to the MD, I advised him I wouldn't pass him through to the MD for such a query and that I could help at which point he hung up. At best a rude salesperson, at worse a scam. I can't find any information relating to them online so most likely the latter, best to avoid.

This caller, female with an Indian accent, claimed to be calling about my credit card. I invited her to continue, and she hung up! I am not taken in by these fraudulent callers.
The number rang off when I screened it, just like all the other similar numbers that have called over the last few days.
