Just got a text message from this number regarding job opportunities and wanting some further details. Clearly another scammer as I have been retired 15 years and not the slightest interest in working again!
From Romford, don't know any one there,, about eco installations, haven’t asked for one, never heard of them scary part knew my name. So I immediately hung up. I was not the middle of a shop.

Two text messages from this number: 1) Saturday 28th January 2023 advising that Apple Pay temporarily suspended due to unusual activity and link provided to renew wallet. 2) Sunday 29th January advising that unusual activity occurred on at 4:34 AM and temporary suspension and same link provided. Possible SCAM/SPAM? Asked for a man who I regularly get phone calls for (we must have a similar phone number). Talking about a potential claim for reimbursement following car finance taken out 10-12 years ago. Didn't feel right as I said I did not know the person they were after and they went on to give me what felt like fairly personal information. The man in question seems to be wanted by a lot of solicitors - maybe he's a wrongun - and that phonecall was a front to get access to him?
I keep getting calls from this number which I keep declining as my phone tells me it is a potentially fraud number and they keep calling back but do not leave a number.

Called today. When i asked for name to be confirmed due to a strong accent the lady suddenly changed her name to Kate Brown. Very forceful to try to confirm my name. She used an old name so I said it wasn’t me. I said don’t call again and she said she would call again.

01797 960 629 called 23 Jan 23 at 11:40 hrs,left no message. 01797 740 253 called 20 Jan 23 at 11:21 hrs, 01797 360 624 called 19 Jan 23 at 10:19 hrs 01797 740 264 called 18 Jan 23 at 17:40 hrs.... all the same result, No longer answering any call from this exch number.
SPAM Consecutive calls, doesn't give you the chance to answer as only rings once, unable to call the number back. Blocked but they will try again using a slight variance of the number, very annoying and intrusive as its every day.

After applying for a loan this company rang me multiple times a day i asked them to call me back after 6pm the first time as i was working and did want to see if they could help me but the I had 7 calls off the in 3 hours NOT one after the time I said I could answer, the following day the same company different number rang me 13 times between 10 am and 4:30 pm so i blocked those numbers, the following day i had a further 14 missed calls from this company off another 5 numbers. So far I am I up to 14 number
