I don't know who it is but always phones.
I was asked to speak tot he business owner so knew straight away it was a cold call to which I said no thank you and put the phone down. To which the caller rang back and was somewhat aggressive the next time stating that I had put the phone down on him and that he would e-mail my director telling him what I had done then proceeded to hang up on me. Having read the previous comment, there is no surprise why he behaved in this way!
This number should be a landline from Hull - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number,
