I called the telecoms company who own this number range. They only provide inbound calling services, and this number isn t in use with any of their customers. It means that the caller ID is being spoofed which is completely out of their control - the nuisance calls we are getting are really from a different number that is masking as 02070609965. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I have adopted this response to all un recognised incoming call. "Celebrity dating how can we help you". Use the campest voice you have. I got one i*iot to even tell me they were married and didn't need a date. Duhhhh! Puts a smile on my face every time. My kids love it. Then just block all calls and text from the number.
