Phones repeatedly despite my number being on the tps do not call list . Usually they are silent calls but on the one occassion they did speak (today) it was just me overhearing an intra-office conversation where the Scottish lady said she was hungover before hanging up

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 15137528xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI / Back on track loans / accident chasers from Liverpool. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
My dad received this today. Glad he asked me to look into before he got scammed.
Some foreign bloke calling himself Steve from BT. Said engineers were in the area as there was a problem with my land line. Tod him if there was, they could call in. I ended the call. and blocked the number...SCAM !
