I received a call today saying the same as the comments already listed. I knew it was a scam straight away but was sooo dying to ring them to play along but an automated message said This service cannot be connected....gutted to say the least lol
This range of numbers is mostly reported as belonging to some telemarketing call centre, in some cases also financial services (in such cases unsolicited calls mostly) and non-profit org, so be aware. Recieved call from this number, phone didn't show it as potential fraud. Caller asked if I'd been in an accident & I could have up to £7000 cash on my "doorstep". I asked them to give me details, my name for example, but they couldn't. Just repeated I could have this money & dudbt have to do anything! I hung up & have blocked. Be careful
