SCAM This is a cloned firm as per the FCA. Do not engage with companies unless you have a legal contract, verifiable contact details that you have checked with the FCA, and according to the FCA you give them NO money upfront. They do not get fees or any funds at all until you are paid. Be safe.

It's the tedious call back scam where naive people (marks) call back thinking that it's a local/national number when, in fact, the return call is redirected to a premium rate number without the mark's knowledge. Scam. tried to sell something, then when I said not interested, asking where they got my name and number, they changed what they were selling, becoming forceful. Not a scam, it's fine! Was told it was HSBC and was asked to verify my identity by the agent on the other end. I let them know I would call back directly to avoid a scam and she said okay, she would put a note on my file about it, and ended the call. I called HSBC directly through their official phone line and asked about it and they DID find a note on my file - it was totally legitimate! If in doubt go ahead and call back anyway, it's good practice, but don't ignore this number because it is actually real

SCAM Fraud Banking Firstly, a test message was received on a mobile saying it was the Fraud department of a Credit Card company and they would be calling about “recent activity from your card. Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person
