Domestic and General asking me if I wanted to have breakdown cover for my fridge freezer and cooker as well as my washing machine ( which I currently have). A bit insistent when I said no, and asked why so when I said ‘because I don’t want to’ she ended the call. It was quite a friendly manner but as above, quite pushy. Asked me to contact them if I change my mind.

Pick up phone, noise in the background like a call centre, I said hello and they cut off.
Called me twice stating he was from Microsoft and stated our computer was being hacked. on the second call he shouted, "Have I tried to sell you something... NO!!!!! Have I asked you for your bank account or for money... NO!!" I was very angry and gave him some nice new words to look up. There is no way he was a specialist from Microsoft!

(I don't know what is crypto). He knows English, french and dutch. He has strong (false) argument to tell you. When I ask him to call the association AML to be identified, he turns around the circle. Claimed to be calling from O2, Indian call centre. Offering a 40% discount off my next bill, but could not tell me the name of the account holder. Hung up when I asked who he wanted to speak to. Said he'd send 2 text messages for me to activate the discount!!!!! Why if he was from O2, and I was with O2 he'd have my details and could active the discount automatically. Block this number.
