He asked me what I meant? I said that if he was saying I had an accident , he must have some information on me and in that case, I had a right to know the source. Man asking me to pay a speeding fine, apparently I was doing 51 in a 50 zone. Asked him if he could correspond through the proper channels by writing to me. He asked me if I could prove I hadn't been speeding, so I countered by asking him to prove I had. He told me I couldn't drive then told me to "come to the courthouse and put in a complaint" before hanging up. Such a nuisance when you're waiting for important calls!
