It very nearly cost me £4000, luckily I threatened them with a police case for fraud and they left me alone until now and they are trying to sell me their machines again. SCAM in my view - telling me they were calling about the warranty on my Bosch washing machine - it had expired and wanted to charge me £7 for it. I do not have a Bosch and the machine I have is at least 15 years old! English voice for a change. Apparently the manufacturer hands over the customers details.

Had a call from them and I can tell you its a scam. They said they were from the 'regional crime prevention initiative' and were making a magazine for naming and shami...
They said - I understand you were recently in a car accident that was not your fault. This is completely untrue. I thanked them and said I hadn't, and its probably been about 2 weeks since the last similar call and hung up
