Guy called Travis Smith from BT Technical dept called (but he was clearly an Indian!!!) said I would be disconnected for 23 days within the hour if I didn't perform the following checks. Persistent caller, usually followed by a call from a withheld number. Tried answering the follow up call and they hung up on me.

The usual Microsoft Tech Department scam. Nothing here running any Microsoft software and I'm ex directory so clearly war dialling through the number space. Very thick Indian accent.
