Fraud: treathning about losing Insurance Number thru prosecution if not answering and speaking to an operator. Once you are thru a very rough female voice with American accent is repeatedly (since I don't say a word) asking to identify yourself. Calling back the number doesn't work. Location origin of the call is supposed to be central London but I very much doubt it.

This guy called me out of the blue saying he wasn t trying to sell me anything but thought I would be interested in receiving some information about "coloured diamonds". I asked him why he thought that, and he admitted he didn t really know. I asked if I could eat them - and he put the phone down

Then because its a landline number ... you are DUPED into calling THEM! ...& go to landline & ring THEM! This then means "they have not broken the telephone preference rules!!....WHY YOU ASK???? Because YOU RANG THEM!... they then have YOUR LANDLINE NUMBER Legitimately to SELL ON to others! DO NOT RING THEM BACK.....EVER!!!
