I have had over 20 calls from this number. Today, I asked to speak to a supervisor as I have asked them 13 times to stop calling me. Supervisor talked over me then hung up. They say I am due £1650 back in ppi on a loan taken out in 2005 with RBS. Told them I have never had a loan with them. They then told me Bank of Scotland and RBS were the same bank. He said his name David and calling from First Direct and ringing about the injuries I received in the accident I had last year . . cut him short to ask him for his mothers phone number, he ask why. Told him so I could get my son to ring her up and tell her what a con merchant her son is. TOTAL SILENCE . . when to tried to speak again cut him off. Now blocked.

They phoned me at 7.00am - it woke me up. The only person who calls me on my home phone is my brother, and at that time in the morning I thought he may be in trouble (ie fallen, ill ). I raced down stairs - half awake - and could of had an accident myself. I don't know what they wanted because as soon as I realised it was a nuisance call I just gave a full abusive response.
