Cold caller claiming to be wanting to do a "young persons disability survey". Probably computer generated dialling since I am ex-directory and they had no idea as to the age generation they were talking to.

SCAM The number 01388764949 calls and when answered, immediately plays a synthetic male voice reading a Fake BT technical department message. Warns that your internet is going to be terminated in 24 hours because hacking has been detected from IP address. Message asked to press 1, to contact BT, or press 2 for other.

I have just signed up for Lyca Mobile - I have been cyber attacked. I am about to request a freedom of information request from them Google , Youtube, etc have made me change my passwords, and I getting fake calls from amazon Prime asking for failed direct debit payments

Had a text from this number telling me to listen to my new voicemail… Very strange looking message for a start so didn’t click on the link!!

Claiming to be from UK Tariff and that Sky customers have been overpaying their accounts and they want to check my payments are OK. They asked when I last made changes and as it is a new account I said I hadn't made changes. They asked how long I have had the account and I said I wasn't comfortable sharing that info. He asked why and I said he was calling from a random number and how do I know who he is. He said "Well I don't know. How DO you know who I am, I am calling from UK Tarrif." I hung up.

Scam from "HMRC" Its clearly a call centre in India, so I had a fun time winding "Sharon" up until she got angry and disconnected the call

Indian male claimed to call from insurance company about my car accident. I haven't got car accident. Asked how does he get my number, he said from his head office, I laugh and said he is lying and he said to me to go and fuck myself ????

Got a call from this number saying they were from my bank and someone tried to get £500 out of my account . Phoned my bank and this wasn’t true The phone number he phoned me on showed it was my bank calling but found out he had scammed their number .

This number has called me twice this week, also an identical message from 01362858456, they say they are a bank security and money as been taken out of my account with a larger amount pending. The 01544 number is a local code - all very annoying and worrying.

Some one called on my partner's mobile phone - a number that she shares very rarely if not at all. Toby, the caller, announced that my partner had won the lottery, to which she responded, "Oh, really? Do you want my banking details?" At which point 'Toby' hung up. It is interesting to note that we are currently job-hunting and one of the people that responded to that, on my partner's email, goes by the same name, representing am employment agency. Fraud - I think. A male with I think and Asian accent called from this number. He asked for me by name and said he was calling from Microsoft then asked if I was the main user of the computer in my hone. I asked "Which Computer is that then?" and he hung up. Another number check site has lots of people checking this number and it appears to be from various different places so I think it must be an attempt to access a persons computer or something like that.

TAXES / HMRC Voice message (american accent) claiming to be from HMRC and that I owed taxes and threatening that I was about to be taken to court. Told to press 1 to connect to our "officer"
