Scammers said that I was interested in trading, but it was a long time ago. Did not sound professional at all.

They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. This phone number, alond with several mobile numbers, keeps ring me saying they are from HMRC stating that legal action is bout to be instgated aginst me. Total fraud and a scam. They are all CROOKS. This has been reported to Action Fraud but, as it does not affect Action Fraud, they will do nothing about this ongoing fraud and scam.

SCAM, tells you that Amazon and another company are trying to take money from your Bank Account (doesn't tell you which bank). It instructs you to press a number to 'allow' and a number to 'stop the transactions' and speak to amember of the banking team. My elderly mother had it on loud speaker and I was able to interject and get her to delete the call.

Beware Scammer and Hacker! Number used to replace my recovery phone on my Xiaomi account in an attempt to lock me out of my phone. Part of a larger problem where If I hadn't realised what was going on he could have potentially gotten into all my accounts locked me out of them too, then blackmailed me to release them. Seems to be involved in various types of phishing scams, E-mails/Whatsapp/ chatrooms etc. May go by the name of Sam.

My phone flagged it as potential fraud

Asian guy called claiming to be from the National Grid and wanted my details, including DOB, saying that power in my area was getting shutdown. An obvious SCAM.

This person phone up and was rude and abusive. No idea who they are,never heard of them before. They just rang up and started being abusive down the phone.

SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. I’m a cautious type, but they fooled me
