I have been getting calls from this number when i was in my home country and blocked it. Now that im in london i keep getting calls from them but as a landline. I picked it up thinking its a clinic i deal with here in london. Turns out that its a company who tries to sell something couldnt really tell the voice wasnt clear. Said he was calling from "Credit Investigation Department" and that his records show I was currently paying off debts in my name (false). text message claiming you are eligible for a tax return and a link to where you can claim it. the link has 'gov' in it, but it is not the gov.uk site, it ends in .com. didn't click on it, but I assume they are next going to ask for card info then drain your account, so be weary. never, ever click links sent from random numbers claiming to be companies or the gov, they do not operate like this. for tax return you will get a physical envelope in your mail, never earlier than April when they actually close the
