I got this number from the booking office in Waverley Station in Edinburgh in order to cancel A Virgin train ticket. Called the number and got an Indian lady who just kept saying "hello". To me this sounds like a money-making scam and I am so frustrated!
Cannot remember getting this call, but got my bill in and p was added to my bill for calling this number? I would not call a premium number so dunno how this happened?
