Telemarketers, usual nonsense, I suggest you just cut the call if answered by mistake, block them on the mobile or landline handset if you are able, if you do talk to them then of course ask for your details to be removed etc... Do not behave like the quarter wit above, screaming and shouting at them, it just makes you look like a complete and utter fool and an idiot and in truth there is no reason to behave in such a way, it acheives nothing in terms of getting you out of their database. Funny thing is the account they say is in arrears was paid via a direct debt payment plan and was cleared 3 months ago . Contacting the ICO tomorrow re this harassment .

Believe this is a claims company for accident compensation.
Several calls from this number usually silent, occasionally Asian voice asking for Mr. ********. My name is difficult to pronounce. I say "I ll just get him" and leave the phone in front of a loud radio or tv. What a surprise they hang up.
They appear to have changed tactics - they now phone claiming that I m due compensation because of illness on holiday in the past 3 years. This hasn t happened and I asked them how they got hold of my number - they said from my holiday company, which is strange because I always put a no against any desire to share information with a 3rd party. When I said I was inTPS and would sue them if they called again, they said l couldnt do that...hilarious. when I asked for their name they hung up. Avoid.
