This is Debt Collection Agency. Called on behalf of Talk Talk. Have answered twice and told them l owe zero. Talk Talk should pay me. Worst company l have EVER dealt with.Wish l had never heard of the company and cannot understand how they are still trading!!

Said there is an issue with my NI number and if its not resolved they will arrest me. I have received 4 calls in 2 days over the same issue, each using a different mobile number.

It was a recorded message with a very polite womans voice stating she was from bank security advising that there was two suspicious transactions from my account one was £300 pound from Amazon and the other was a card transaction from abriad of £1300. The recorded message then asked me to press ONE to speak to an advsor. I hung up the phone immediately and called 1471 the call was timed at 1345 hrs on 26-01-2023,
