Called earlier today. Picked up the phone and the line was dead.
rang around 5.30 2/7/18. no one spoke
I was called from 01733385646 and because I come from Peterborough I answered it. It was an automated voice stating that there had been a number of charges made against a card, going on to say that one was for Amazon. They were so obviously not from any bank as they did not say which bank, card, etc., Therefore I just put the phone down. When I tried to call the number back it went dead as if not recognised. Thus I conclude that this could be a scam!
twice or three times now - they just hang up. thank god for websites like these.

This number called and as I didn’t answer, they could have left a message. They didn’t, so I assume it was a cold call.
