Number showed as missed call and a blank voicemail was left for me - upon returning the call, the number apparently doesn't exist? I suspect its some spam mobile used for outgoing calls, that doesn't accept incoming calls.

I keep on receiving calls from this number regarding PPI. I thought that these calls are now illegal if you are registered with TPS.
