This number should be a landline from areas of Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Thornaby-on-Tees, Redcar, Billingham, Yarm, Eaglescliffe, South Bank, Stokesley. I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14138002xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with telemarketing calls - Scottish Power, debts and loans... Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

It seems that this number is associated with on-line scammers purporting to be from Microsoft in Reading. Um, a Glasgow number in reading, I don't think so! They become very abusive when contradicted or challenged. The latest representative called into question my lineage and suggested that I performed carnal acts with my mother. Slanderous in the extreme!

7/3/2018 Guy phoned from a company called DAG he had an English accent but was making enquiries about the cover on my washing machine ( which we had with D & G originally,but it has not been renewed for a few years. I never gave him any details, but he slipped up when he said Hotpoint washing machine. I said we have never owned a Hotpoint, he then immediately put the phone down.
