Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported with life insurance or financial offers - telemarketing in action. Did someone please answer this number?

Computer froze when looking at link to Ian McShane on facebook. This number was given to call.Tried to get a helpline to microSoft with no success. Decided to check if number was a scam. Evidently so.

Scam automated call advising that there was tax fraud case against me and that if i didn't press 1, they'd "send the police with a warrant to arrest me straight away" !!!! aye, right!

Offshore call centre asking for "Frank" - over 50 calls from variations on the sameroot number within the last 4 days. Extremely persistent nuisance.

This idiot tried to con me out of some stupid amount for Amazon prime, something I have never had. Unfortunately my husband answered the phone and is more kind to the conners than me. As far as I am concerned all phone callers are potential con artist so I very rarely answer my phone these days. Perhaps if they worked in a decent job for a living they might not be as disgusting, but what do i know.
