SCAM called trying to access my computer. hung up on them. they called back and were abusive.
As lots of others have said its ao following up on a order. Like others said they want to sell an extended warranty. HOWEVER they also arranged to take my old appliance away for free ( offered on website for £19.99) so was worth calling back.
