I let the call go to voicemail, there were a few seconds of silence then a hang-up. This was repeated again maybe 10 mins later. My mobile is TPS registered - they seem to be breaking the law.

company is usave (usave.co.uk) your number gets sold to these by other companies, my number got passed to them by a payday loan company - sorry broker(never got a loan anyway), been calling regular, seems they either have local agents or just disguise the number so it seems local basically a bunch of peeps trying to get comission from you by providing utility switching, insurances, loans iva s etc steer clear they dont understand what a clear NO or not interested is, an if yu try to call back
