Call center saying he’s ringing about diesel emissions on my old car, asked where he got my No from, apparently DVLA provided him with my details. Asked him to take my number of his data base and attempted to explain I was t interested, At tempted to speak over me while I explained I wasn’t interested and the. Hung up
Unsure but a recorded voice will tell you that there is a serious case against you and that you must respond otherwise you will get your National Insurance cancelled. I suggest you hang up immediately and block the number.
Same useless sales call as the other 100 we get through the day trying to get you onto their energy contracts I will say he was a polite man for a change

Said he was from BT Openreach, calling about a problem reported with my broadband. I know it's false because I do not have a BT service.
They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. After my appointment I checked with my bank and with our own insurance documents. So... there is no existing relevant payment arrangement wit

Fraud - Claimed to be Tesco Bank and had some old information. Claimed attempts had been made to spend money and start a direct debit on my credit card. Asked them to call back later, meanwhile I called the bank and checked. All lies.
Fraud SCAM . Have this number blocked but they still attempt calls. Absolutely fed up with these scammers. They won't admit who or what they are when questioned and are content to spoof their number and attempt scams. Do not speak to these crooks.
