Phoney call about loft insulation having recently been carried out. Possibly dangerous if anyone falls for it. Code is for Alloa but quite close to a local code (nowhere near Alloa, geographically).
Pretends to be from orange care but its a false company who is selling phone insurance in a illegal way .
