Received a scam call from this number leaving a voicemail: £700 from Amazon and 2nd charge 2000 pound through international money transfer website. We believe this is to be a suspicious and unauthorized transfer that you have never been done before in the past from your card. Called at 1210hrs. Male with office sounds in background. He spoke with an Indian sub-continent accent. Said his name was Simon and was calling to make me debt free. I asked him the time where he was. He asked "Why". I said if he did not answer the question I would hang up. I hung up.

Bank scam. A recorded message from "bank security" telling you some large amount of money had been transferred from your bank account. You are suggested to press "1" for further information and certainly, have your money stolen when you give your bank details. Beware!!!!!!!

Called from "my bank security" telling me that my card (no ref to debit or credit )had been used for £300 to Amazon and over £1000 to an international transaction. Usual press 1, 2 etc. DO NOT RESPOND. This is a premium call no. and you will be charged upwards of £20 just for dialling and then a high charge per second. DO NOT ANSWER OR HANG UP.

SPAM This number leaves an automated robotic sounding message with a slight american accent if the call is unanswered. But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. This is the second time in a few days I have been targeted and the number also had 07738 prefix but followed by 207964

I believe this to be a scam as it left a part recorded message about bank transfers or purchases to amazon and another firm £5000 and £11,000 if this is not correct please press 1.........fortunately my answer machine can't do that.

Fraud. Caller called a friend from this number claiming to be a scrap metal merchant. Then rang me a few days later saying they had a delivery for my friend. This is a scam to claim try and deliver a high-value package and harass monies out of the recipient. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS TO THEM

Auto message stating call from 'bank fraud dept' saying 'your card has been used for £300 via amazon & £1000 for an international transfer. No bank name, no card type given. Sounds like a scam as asked to press option 1 to cancel or option 3 to speak to someone.
