Answered but nobody spoke. Called number back but as with many of these 07731 numbers recently, it was "not recognised". Can only assume it's not above board.
Two silent calls on one of my mobiles. No idea who it might be and the number they're calling isn't one I give out!

Phone number was given to my wife after incident on the A19 to. Tried to phone and it's suddenly gone dead the phone number
I had a call of this number to my work mobile, which highlighted it be suspected Spam so I didn't answer. And within 30 seconds I had a call from the same number to my private mobile!
Hung up as soon as I answered. Guessing scam.

First being activated in 2001, this number was attached to a Philips Saavy mobile phone for the duration of its activity.
